Why Being Human is The Most Spiritual Thing You Can Do ( And How It Triggers the Spiritual Ego )

Spirituality, like politics, is most ´successful´ from a 3D perspective when you manage a certain image. You build a certain expectation around what you do, what you wear, what you say, and what vibe you give across.

This was what I literally studied in my PhD on the Dramaturgy of ritual interactions (albeit in the context of the Indian Parliament).

The tools used are almost exactly the same.

People manage appearances to get followers – and to get people to fall for a certain image. It´s been done a long, long, time.

And its why so many fall for those with feet of clay.
They idolize them,
they worship them,
they pedestalize them,
they badmouth them when the facade cracks

It´s an old, old trick. Part of the old, old, paradigm.

And I do not subscribe to it one bit.

Because it has nothing to do with true spirituality.

So if you choose to hear what I say, you´re not going to see this super stylized presentation of self.

You´re not going to find a person standing on a pedestal to prop them up.

You´re not going to find someone who selectively erases the human aspect of the work she shares.

You´re not going to find someone who hides what makes her human: her heart, her compassion, her rawness, her vulnerability

You´re just going to find a person.

Maybe someone who inspires you because she has some knowledge on the stars or spirit trajectories.

Or maybe just cause you like her.

And that means you´ll find someone who is willing to be seen for what she is.

Not what she needs you to think she is.

But that´s how I roll. And that, to me, is the way we align to the new evolutionary frequencies.

So often my work and presentation of self triggers people because I refuse to sit in the ´holier than thou´ guru box. And I don´t ´judge´ people from the High Table.

Or because I´m okay with being knowledgeable and vulnerable.

I don´t need to be right or wrong. I just need to be that which I am.

And I don´t need a pedestal either.

I stand tall because my feet are firmly planted on the ground and my heart is wide, wide open.

Of course I´ve been receiving a massive outpouring of support from community. And I am so grateful. It´s why the work is so important. It´s about the collective field that is generated.

But I´ve also been seeing opportunistic acts of spiritual one-upmanship because some people think that being vulnerable is weakness.

Big mistake 😉

Share your truth and celebrate those who do.

It´s all happening as part of a massive build-up to June where we will have the New Moon opposed the Great Attractor and the Full Moon conjunct the Galactic Center.

Blessings and love

Oh my. Usage of the word literally , like, totally is unnecessary. Oof. Ick. Uck. Good luck mama …you’ll need it

I’m really not sure what you mean by that or why it triggered this response in you. I mean of everything you could have commented on – this is where your energy goes ??

That’s surprising. But not too surprising as j had someone else who was super triggered recently when I used the word PhD.

The fact is that my PhD was literally on the topic. Word for word.

It’s not referring to . It’s not a side-step around. It was precisely on the subject.

There’s no figurative relationship. But a literal, i.e. exact mapping of the same theme.

And that’s why I used it. I developed a unique analytical framework to study this phenomenon – and literally – there’s a direct application here .

Whilst you may not like my reasoning – which I have taken time to share here – you don’t get to decide whether it works for me or not or whether it’s necessary or not.

And this dynamic is exactly the kind of thing j j dress in my video.

      Good luck !

Hahaha. I was clearly drunk. You need not explain yourself so eloquently…you are beautiful. Ashamed at my reaction to a word . It goes deeper . Regretful for my projections. Sheesh …I am a mess . You are a gem . Keep on keeping on lil mama . Only love 💛🙏♾

I’m sorry about your first commentor. Olease ignore him/her. This post was yet more brilliant than most of yours, which in my book is saying a whole lot! I’m reblogging it to my readers at sister site Timeless Wisdoms. You GO, gurl!

Thank you for this post. It is one of the more interesting pieces I have read from you. My wife and I work in food and social justice where struggle to bring spiritual core values to our work without trying to be obvious. And as you mention those with “feet of clay” rise up in all fields distracting from the needed work. I spoke to a friend recently who does healing work and he expressed the same concern. The EGO has needs, that if one does not confront, and grow out of within oneself, will consume our good intentions. Thank you for this.

Just as a by the way…Jesus said ‘when I am weak, then I am strong. In weakness is my strength made perfect..’ St Marks Gospel.. don’t remember chapter & verse. It takes a great deal of strength to admit to & feel one’s ‘weaknesses ‘, to be vulnerable, human because in the Old Order, anyone in the public domain would be eaten alive…

When one does the very hard work of achieving a PhD my experience is that it is used as a support mechanism embracing the dissertation topic particularly. She spent years doing this and has every right to underpin her work when commenting in the way she did. If you’re triggered by the use of this you need to look at yourself not let your altered ego underpinned by anxiety, fear, and lack of worthiness, etc out to play and create mischief. Who knows? Maybe you’re the person that hits ‘don’t like’ on her great and helpful videos. She is straightforward and her delivery is not everyone’s cup of tea, something that academia also infuses. She provides information to enable your true self and to encourage your spirit to step forward in a healthy emotional body coupled with your mind. You engage her for this help. If your altered ego has issues with degrees in education and a whole lot more this is not your place to reside. My thoughts this day. Your altered self deserves no more attention speaking to the Ick person not Dr. B!
